Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order, provided that the product is unopened, unused, in its original undamaged packaging, has not been tampered with, and is in a condition suitable for resale.
2. How to Request a Return
Please contact our customer support team at care@shiffa.in or +91 7428571119 with your order number, product name, reason for return, and photographs of the product/packaging. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back before receiving instructions.
3. Return Shipping Charges
For customer-requested returns (change of mind, incorrect selection, no longer required), the customer is responsible for the reverse-shipping charges, which will be communicated and deducted from the refund. For verified damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery, Shiffa Herbal will bear the shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.
4. Refunds & Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned product. For COD orders, bank account details will be requested to process the refund.
