No Refunds. No Exchanges.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Returns — Damaged Products Only
We accept returns only if the product received is physically damaged or defective.

Conditions:

  • The damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging via WhatsApp or email.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Report:

Include your order number, photos, and a brief description.

Resolution:
If verified, we will send a free replacement of the same product. No monetary refund will be issued.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Issues reported after 48 hours of delivery
  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer
