1. 15-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee

We offer a hassle-free 15-day return and replacement policy from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Damaged / Leaked / Defective Products: If your order arrives with broken seals, leakage, or physical damage, we will send an immediate free replacement or issue a full refund upon verification.
  • Wrong Item Received: If you received an item different from your order invoice, we will ship the correct formulation immediately at no additional cost.
  • Unopened Items: If you change your mind, unopened bottles/containers with intact original seal and packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene, health, and AYUSH regulatory compliance, products with broken inner safety seals or consumed items cannot be returned unless verified as defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Take a clear photo or short video of the package, shipping label, and the issue.
  2. Email our support team at care@shiffa.in or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
  3. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep via our courier network within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking): Refunds are credited directly back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days after inspection.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are processed directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID within 3–5 business days.
